This is Mine: The objective of this project was to create a compelling poster without relying on any digital tools. I decided to do a public service announcement poster that focused on advertising’s toxic effect on women's perceptions of their own body image. It seemed appropriate to use the actual female form as the canvas and the deep red color to represent the love and pain people can endure within themselves. The bold and contoured typography, along with the color is meant to represent protection, love, confidence and beauty of every woman's body.
